Pay
Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shift).
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare
- FQHC or non-profit supervisory experience
- Recent primary care or multi-specialty experience
- Experience in general practice or multi-specialty clinical settings
- Previous work in clinic business management, financial management, operations, and facility management
- Knowledge of payor programs including Medi-Cal, Medicare, MHLA, CHDP, CPSP, and Family PACT
- Clinic background at the Medical Assistant level or above (MA-Lead, LVN, RN)
- Ability to perform hands-on back-office duties such as taking vitals, administering injections, and drawing blood
- High school diploma required
- Experience with EMR software required
