Pay
$80,000 – $110,000 per year
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shift)
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare
- FQHC / Non-profit supervisory experience
- Recent primary care or multi-specialty experience
- Experience in general practice or multi-specialty clinical settings
- Previous work in clinic business management, financial management, operations, and facility management
- Knowledge of payor programs including Medi-Cal, Medicare, MHLA, CHDP, CPSP, and Family PACT
- Background as a Medical Assistant (MA-Lead), LVN, or RN with hands-on back-office duties (e.g., vitals, injections, blood draws)
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with EMR software
