About the role
The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services in a patient-centered approach. This includes supervising staff, processing timesheets, performance management, and assisting HR with recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in service delivery, quality of work-life, and patient care.
- Collaborates with supervisors and managers across departments to implement solutions and enhance performance.
- Maintains relationships with community partners and represents Jordan Valley Health in the community.
- Oversees integration of services and ensures adherence to patient-centered medical home principles.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and clinic policies.
- Supports the director in managing a performance improvement process and establishing a culture of excellence in quality and service.
- Manages education and training programs, including orientation, competency assessment, and in-service education.
- Communicates effectively with staff and solicits input from supervisors and staff.
- Serves as a resource to managers throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health or Business-related field preferred.
