Clinic Lead
Position Purpose
The Clinic Lead supports daily front- and back-office operations to ensure efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience. Reporting to the Clinic Supervisor, this role serves as a key resource for team members, reinforcing workflows, customer service standards, and operational efficiency while supporting compliance and accuracy.
What You Will Do
- Cook up front and back office activities, including scheduling, registration, and patient flow
- Monitor clinic operations and communicate delays or barriers to leadership
- Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and provide informal team guidance
- Reinforce customer service expectations and support service recovery efforts
- Aid with insurance verification and registration accuracy
- Maintain audit readiness and adherence to policies and procedures
- Identify trends in patient feedback and escalate concerns as appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
- Knowledge of scheduling, registration, and insurance verification processes
- Ability to guide and support team members in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
