Clinic Experience Associate Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and managing appointment scheduling
• Perform general front desk duties, including phone coverage and administrative tasks
• Aid physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including cleaning equipment and treatment tables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
