Clinic Director- PT

Seeking a dynamic part-time clinical leader to direct an Outpatient Mental Health treatment center in Hollywood Florida that treats children, adults and families with a specialization in family-centered treatment. Responsibilities Include Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of prescribers, therapists, and support staffOversee case assignment and ongoing high quality treatment of children and adults producing measurable outcomes in treatmentEnhance program reach and quality by implementing innovative programming and training for staffConduct community outreach, engage with community stakeholders and develop specialized programming based on community needsMaintain expert knowledge in agency and oversight body regulatory protocol Qualifications LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD level clinical licensure requiredMinimum of 5 years of clinical mental health experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory, leadership, or administrative positionPrior experience with Community Mental Health (CMHC) or DCF contracted behavioral health clinicsStrong administrative and clinical skills requiredMust be able to work well in a team setting Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance.
