Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians to provide patients individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of clinic operations

Qualifications
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Pay
Compensation range: $93,500.00 – $126,500.00. This position is also eligible for bonus, commission, equity, overtime, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
