Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems

Pay

$90,000–$105,000 base salary inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Performance-based incentive plan offers up to $120K in total compensation. $15,000 sign-on bonus.
