Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Taking a patient-centered approach to ensure each patient receives the care that is unique to their goals and objectives.
• Providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes.
• Growing, developing, and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
• Hiring and managing the right staff.
• Sustaining relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
• Maintaining a positive influence in the community.
• Overseeing scheduling and treatments to enhance the patient's experience.
• Managing productivity and defining clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
• Managing the clinic budget to support the clinic’s financial health.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Collaborating with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
• Handling patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing clinic staff in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Maintaining employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing training.
• Promoting staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• At least 5 years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care.
• A dedication to education and training with a desire to continue personal growth as a Physical Therapist.
