Job Summary
Lead a team of amazing Physical Therapists as the Clinic Director at Peak Physical Therapy in a new clinic in Weatherford, Texas!
About the Role
Our Clinic Directors still treat patients as well as oversee the clinicians onsite! We offer a very competitive Clinic Director Bonus Plan!
Responsibilities
- Treat patients and manage a team of Physical Therapists
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes
- Manage staff schedules and resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements
- Contribute to the overall success of the clinic and Upstream Rehabilitation network
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy
- Experience in clinic management and leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for patient care and community involvement

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passionate about physical therapy and patient care
