Lead a team of amazing Physical Therapists as the Clinic Director at Peak Physical Therapy in a new clinic in Weatherford, Texas!

About the Role

Our Clinic Directors still treat patients as well as oversee the clinicians onsite! We offer a very competitive Clinic Director Bonus Plan!

Responsibilities

• Treat patients and manage a team of Physical Therapists
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes
• Manage staff schedules and resources
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements
• Contribute to the overall success of the clinic and Upstream Rehabilitation network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy
• Experience in clinic management and leadership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for patient care and community involvement

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passionate about physical therapy and patient care
