Clinic Director - Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant

About the Role

H2 Health Prime Living offers 1:1 patient care within senior communities, specifically at Grand Living at Tamaya in Jacksonville Beach. As a Clinic Director, you will partner closely with residents, community stakeholders, and the administrative team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met while managing an appropriate caseload.

This is a full-time position with 34+ visits per week and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Active or eligible state license to practice.
