Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Support clinicians to provide patients with individualized treatment and plans of care.
  • Promote efficient service utilization and program development.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing strategies.
  • Foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community.
  • Lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education.
  • Provide mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance.
  • Grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

Compensation Range: $100,000 – $115,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.

This position is also eligible for additional compensation including: bonus, commission, equity, overtime, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
