Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

About the role

Back In Motion Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their clinician-led team. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM
• Serve as a mentor and leader for students or teammates

Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
• Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care
• Career-minded with a desire to grow clinically and professionally
• Desire to build long-term patient relationships
• Balanced expectations between productivity and high-quality, patient-centered outcomes
• Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
• Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for treatment and documentation
• Ability to lift or move patients as needed (reasonable accommodations available)
