Clinic Director - Licensed Physical Therapist
Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. They play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- At least 2-3 years treating as an outpatient PT
- Desire to grow and build a team

Pay
- $100,000 to $125,000/year (based on location, experience, certifications, etc.)
- Competitive annual director bonus plan (starts at $6K minimum bonus earning potential)
