Atlanta Rehabilitation & Performance Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for a new outpatient location in Monroe, GA. This role offers the opportunity to lead in an established community while being supported by experienced owners and a collaborative regional team.

Compensation

Competitive base salary with a profit-sharing model, enabling you to benefit directly from the clinic’s success. Pay range: $80,000–$110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Influence patient outcomes, team development, and clinic strategy
  • Build and mentor your future team
  • Create a clinic environment that reflects your clinical and leadership standards
  • Lead in an outpatient private practice focused on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including non-surgical and post-operative cases
  • Manage sport-specific rehabilitation, joint, and spine management

Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license
