Job Description

Ivy ABA offers a full-time position as a Clinic Director/Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Located in Milford, Ohio, check us out at Ivy Rehab's website.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate from an accredited BCBA Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure / certification in respective state (with completion of 8-hour supervision training)
  • Preferred 1 year+ of experience working with children
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
  • Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
