Responsibilities

• Clinic Ownership Opportunity: Open and lead a clinic with an ownership path, supported by the systems, resources, and mentorship of an established organization.
• Strategic Planning: Provide input on clinic location and layout for new clinics. Ensure a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique goals.
• Marketing: Support marketing initiatives, maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources, and promote Team Rehab’s commitment to care. Represent the clinic positively in the community.
• Financial and Operational Management: Oversee scheduling and treatments to enhance patient experience and manage clinic productivity. Set measurable expectations, manage the clinic budget, and monitor expenses. Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management for accurate billing and reimbursement. Monitor KPIs to maximize clinic performance and profitability. Provide input on policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care across all clinics. Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally.
• Leadership and Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training. Promote staff engagement, retention, and a safe, positive work environment. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace where all voices are respected.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Desire to own and run a clinic.
• 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care.
• Dedication to ongoing education and professional growth.

$100,000 - $120,000 / year
