Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, luxurious medical spa with a focus on aesthetics, wellness, and people.
• Ensure the effective and efficient flow of the clinic.
• Manage staff in order to provide the best client service, experience, and results.
• Handle staff schedules and performance.
• Address client concerns and manage daily tasks.
• Oversee payroll and financials.
• Work independently and possess strong administrative, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Go above and beyond to provide a WOW client experience at every level of engagement.
• Build and serve the community for life, fostering relationships and positivity.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changes.

Requirements

• Mature, stable, and no drama.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-touch, high-volume client service role.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably in the medical spa space.
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
• Presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language in both verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Effective presentation and response to questions from employees and the general public.
• Confidentiality and discretion must be exemplary.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A desire to remain in the position and grow within the company.
