Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve performance, and solve problems
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of KPIs, financial performance, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed
Pay
