Responsibilities

• Open and lead a clinic with an ownership path, supported by the systems, resources, and mentorship of an established organization.
• Grow, develop, and manage an outpatient physical therapy clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and measurable outcomes.
• Strategic Planning: Provide input on clinic location and layout (for new clinics). Take a patient-centered approach to ensure each patient receives care tailored to their goals.
• Marketing: Support marketing initiatives, maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources, and represent the clinic at community events.
• Financial and Operational Management:
  • Oversee scheduling and treatments to enhance patient experience and clinic productivity.
  • Manage the clinic budget, expenses (e.g., patient travel, supplies), and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management for accurate billing and reimbursement.
  • Monitor KPIs to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
  • Provide input on policies, procedures, and strategy to uphold high-quality care across all Team Rehabilitation clinics.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Leadership and Staff Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
  • Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
  • Promote staff engagement, retention, and a safe, positive work environment.
  • Uphold Team Rehab’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Desire to own and run a clinic.
• 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care.
• Dedication to ongoing education and professional growth.
• Commitment to Team Rehab’s DEI initiatives, fostering belonging and empowerment in a diverse workforce.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 per year.
