Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations, overall patient and employee satisfaction, and patient evaluations/treatment
• Oversee clinic staff consisting of another PT and a front office Care Coordinator
• Coordinate staff vacations, coverage, scheduling, and management
• Conduct financial/fiscal review and analysis of monthly accounting income statements

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Idaho
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
