Clinic Coordinator - Non-Licensed

This position is incentive eligible. Hourly wage estimate: $21.10 - $30.60 per hour. Factors such as specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role may determine your actual salary. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range.

About the Role

Seeking a Clinic Coordinator to provide expertise and champion patient care. You will assist front office and clinical staff, support work plans, and ensure high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office and clinical staff in developing and implementing short and long-term work plans and objectives.
• Oversee the process to prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Screen telephone calls for referral to physicians.
• Assist with scheduling of tests and treatment.
• Ensure office and clinical supply inventory is current, mail is opened and processed, and offices are opened and closed according to established procedures.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of patient charge entry into the billing system.
• Assist front office staff with ensuring point-of-service collections are made when applicable.
• Ensure patients are treated courteously by office staff and visitors are screened and properly directed.
• Coordinate efforts with all staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Assist in maintaining patient files, records, and other information.
• Required to work alternate shifts and may be required to float to other locations.

Requirements

• One year of medical office experience is required.
• Graduate from a recognized training facility for medical assistants and coursework in health care office management are preferred.
• RMA, CMA, or LPN certificate is beneficial.
• CPR Certification is required.
