About the role
As a Clinic Coordinator joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations and general management of the practices. Allocating and assigning duties to employees, monitoring activities and operations of the Practice components.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-service, projects and committees as assigned.
Requirements
- A current degree or diploma from an accredited program.
- One-year previous experience preferred.
- Licenses: Medical Assistant - Must have & maintain current certification for a Medical Assistant; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Must have & maintain current LPN License for the State of Tennessee; Radiology Tech - Must have & maintain current certification with ARRT; Imaging Tech - Must have & maintain TN limited x-ray operation license or ARRTE.

Pay
Commensurate with experience.

Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p; No weekends
