Responsibilities
- Direct implementation of BCBA programming using trained ABA skills
- Collecting & recording data during sessions, graphing client progress
- Receiving direct supervision under a BCBA
- Abiding by HIPAA guidelines
- Participating in all-staff trainings
- Demonstrating client programming for parents
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree graduates (preferred)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Non-RBTs (BTs)
- Flexible full-time or part-time hours (Minimum of 20 hours per week)
- Motivated and enthusiastic personalities
- Physical expectations potentially include running, squatting, and lifting
Qualifications
Willow RBTs help individuals between the ages of 2-21 years with autism meet individual goals that promote independence. Client goals and programs are designed and supervised by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and RBTs implement the plans directly with each client.

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
