Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy in a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor
  • Support children in building meaningful life and social skills

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
  • Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

Work Environment & Physical Conditions

  • Must be physically present at the job location 20 – 30 hours per week
  • Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs
  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50 lbs
