Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor
- Support children in building meaningful life and social skills
Requirements
- Experience working with children with special needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
- Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
Work Environment & Physical Conditions
- Must be physically present at the job location 20 – 30 hours per week
- Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs
- Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50 lbs
