Clinic Assistant

About the role

This position involves attending to patient enquiries, handling registrations, processing payments, preparing prescriptions, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries from patients – walk-ins and by phone
• Patient registration, collection of payment and issuance of receipts
• Prepare and dispense prescriptions according to doctor's instructions
• Communicate and follow up with patients
• Scanning of documents and miscellaneous office duties

Qualifications

• Must have at least GCE O-Level educational qualifications
• No clinic experience required (on-the-job training will be provided)
• Relevant experience will be an advantage

Skills

• Computer literate
• Team player

Schedule

• Able to work on weekends
