Clinic Administrative Supervisor - Transplant
Work Schedule
Full-time, 40 Hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic.
About the role
We are seeking a Clinic Administrative Supervisor to:
- Supervise the daily operations of the administrative staff. This includes managing work loads, training and education, overseeing team performance, and interviewing potential hires.
- Address escalated patient concerns or issues.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare, Business Administration, or other business-related field
- Preferred Work Experience: 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in healthcare
- Required Supervisory experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations
- PREFERRED: Supervisory experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations
