We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, required qualifications, preferred qualifications. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. Also we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to parse content: The job description includes paragraphs about role, responsibilities, department overview, qualifications required, preferred qualifications. We need to separate into sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe list of skills). But we must not create sections with filler. We need to preserve all substantive info. We can structure:

About the role

Senior Clinical Research Coordinators with the Genitourinary Medical Oncology (GU Med Onc) program independently coordinate and are accountable for the overall administration of one or more clinical studies, typically requiring advanced-level knowledge and skills. They may provide leadership to lower-level clinical research coordinators and/or other support personnel. This Senior Clinical Research Coordinator will support GU Med Onc in study activation, study amendment submissions, and the activation and oversight of investigator initiated trials (IITs) with subsites. The position is responsible for, and critically important to the overall operational management of clinical research activities. It has direct responsibility for implementing a diverse portfolio of research activities for one or more studies which may include multicenter clinical trials (both NIH and industry-sponsored), local investigator-initiated clinical trials, and/or programmatic clinical research activities, such as a clinical database and biorepository. Positions at this level may perform expert and efficient integration of multiple complex programmatic activities, applying a sophisticated medical knowledge base, substantial leadership skills, effectively working with a variety of people and organizations at UCSF (clinicians, investigators, clinical staff, administration, Committee on Human Research, human resources, contracts and grants) and elsewhere (industry sponsors, coordinating centers, FDA, NIH), exhibiting an in-depth knowledge of specific programs. Reporting to a Principal Investigator (PI) or Director, the incumbent may have central responsibility for ensuring CHR approval and compliance, contract generation, negotiation and approval, subject recruitment, appropriate study testing, and adequate enrollment of multicenter clinical trials, longitudinal cohort studies, local investigator-initiated studies, and biorepository efforts; exercise strong administration and management leadership of clinical research, strong research coordination, and may lead experienced personnel to ensure optimal systems for efficiency, compliance, safety, financial oversight, and contractual expertise in negotiations and execution, as well as create and implement quality improvement processes. This is a position of leadership whose main purpose is to ensure that clinical research commitments are met and that the programs maintain a reputation for excellence in all activities.

Department Overview

maybe not required but could be About the role? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Department Overview could be part of About the role. We could incorporate into About the role. But we also need Responsibilities section: list duties. We can extract responsibilities from description: coordinate and administer studies, provide leadership, support study activation, amendment submissions, oversight of IITs, implement portfolio, ensure CHR approval, contract generation, negotiation, subject recruitment, study testing, enrollment, administration and management leadership, lead personnel, create quality improvement processes. We can put these as
  • ... etc. Requirements: maybe required qualifications: BS/BA degree, sufficient experience, ability to develop recruitment strategies, in-depth knowledge of contracts, grants, protocols, FDA regs, project management skills, analytical skills, interpersonal, verbal, written communication, ability to analyze complex issues, ability to operate in changing environment, ability to assess audit risk, develop project plans, motivate team, interpret policies, financial analysis skills, ability to prepare financial analyses, significant project and clinical trial management experience, experience using database software, ability to obtain certification within one year. Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications: fluency in spreadsheet software, ability to develop complex spreadsheets, audit preparation, execution, follow-up, experience in risk management, experience with grant application procedures, personnel documentation, contract generation and subcontracting, certification by SOCRA or ACRP. Skills: could list skills like project management, analytical, communication, financial analysis, etc. But we might combine with qualifications. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. That fits within allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could map Required Qualifications to Requirements, Preferred Qualifications to Qualifications, and maybe Skills separate? But we could also put skills under Qualifications. The instruction says we can include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Skills maybe not needed separately if covered. We'll omit Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Thus output:
