Client Value Partner - Technology Consultant

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with C-level executives to integrate the company into their strategic goals
• Ensure that engagements are adequately staffed with resources from various cross-functional teams
• Mentor clients on organizational design and adopting Centers of Excellence for platform usage
• Lead the end-to-end customer value journey to drive successful business outcomes
• Resolve escalations by orchestrating timely internal actions and resource allocation
• Organize customer advisory boards to foster communication on industry challenges and innovations
• Act as the customer advocate to align product and service offerings with their needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience; MBA preferred
• Strong experience in managing large-scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes
• Deep understanding of change management practices and experience with AI-based transformations is advantageous
• Ability to wield influence and persuasion through data and effective communication with senior stakeholders
• Expertise in SaaS platforms, solution design, and fostering collaboration with internal resources
