Client Transportation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and serve male client needs by providing transportation to treatment.
  • Ensure safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to the appropriate destination.
  • Start routes with proper equipment such as route logs, cell phones, keys, etc.
  • Follow scheduled routes while accommodating potential stops and pickups.
  • Ensure personal and others' safety at all times, adhering to legal and best practice safety procedures.
  • Comply with all documentation requirements and keep route information, sequencing, and documentation updated.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality for daily job tasks, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Meet all training requirements in a timely manner as assigned.
  • Properly care for and maintain company equipment including scanners, telephones, vehicles, etc.
  • Communicate any deficiencies with equipment to the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Experience and Education Needed

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to travel to and from ARC centers and other locations and operate a motor vehicle for a large part of the work day.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to complete and submit reports.

Qualifications to be Considered

  • Substance abuse experience preferred.
  • Appropriate State and Federal Clearances.
  • Possess and maintain a clean driving record.
