Client Transport Specialist

About the Role

As a Client Transport Specialist at Freeman Solutions, LLC, you will provide safe and timely transportation for patients to activities, meetings, and events, ensuring a secure and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to scheduled destinations safely and punctually.
• Conduct routine safety checks on vehicle(s) to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Operate motor vehicles responsibly and in compliance with all traffic laws and organizational policies.
• Refrain from using any cellular or electronic devices while operating a motor vehicle.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with patients.
• Ensure all necessary documentation related to transportation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
• Ability to work with patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
• Experience in patient transportation or healthcare settings.
