About the role
Aquent is partnering with a leading global financial technology organization that stands at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of digital transactions and payment solutions. In this role, you will directly influence client satisfaction and the adoption of cutting-edge financial platforms, guiding a select portfolio of valued corporate clients through significant system updates and new financial platform adoptions.
Responsibilities
- Lead personalized, video/phone-based outreach to a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients, guiding them through system modifications, new processes, and financial platform updates.
- Collaborate strategically with internal Relationship Managers to align communication, understand client nuances, and present a unified, professional front.
- Act as the primary client advocate, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks, triaging technical issues, and driving solutions to ensure seamless transitions.
- Manage transition timelines by meticulously tracking activities against a detailed workplan, updating project logs, and ensuring all critical deadlines are met.
- Maintain comprehensive communication and issue logs using industry-standard tools to provide full visibility and continuity for internal project and business teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Client Onboarding, FinTech Implementation, Project Coordination, or Junior Project Management support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to corporate stakeholders and simplify complex technical information.
- High proficiency in data tracking and organizational tools, including spreadsheet software, collaboration platforms (for managing data trackers and action registries), and presentation software (for creating clear status updates).
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to coordinate across teams and solve problems before they impact the client experience.
