We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the end-to-end transition experience for a portfolio of our most valued corporate clients. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex technical changes into clear, actionable steps, ensuring a world-class experience and strengthening key business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead personalized, video/phone-based outreach to a dedicated portfolio of 10–15 corporate clients, guiding them through system modifications, new processes, and financial platform updates.
- Collaborate strategically with internal Relationship Managers to align communication, understand client nuances, and present a unified, professional front.
- Act as the primary client advocate, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks, triaging technical issues, and driving solutions to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage transition timelines by meticulously tracking activities against a detailed workplan, updating project logs, and ensuring all critical deadlines are met.
- Maintain comprehensive communication and issue logs using industry-standard tools to provide full visibility and continuity for internal project and business teams.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Client Onboarding, FinTech Implementation, Project Coordination, or Junior Project Management support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to corporate stakeholders and simplify complex technical information.
- High proficiency in data tracking and organizational tools, including Excel, SharePoint (for managing data trackers and action registries), and PowerPoint (for creating clear status updates).
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to coordinate across teams and solve problems before they impact the client experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience working within Financial Services, Payment Solutions, or Commercial Banking environments.
Why You'll Thrive in This Role

- True Autonomy: Take ownership of your client portfolio and manage your day-to-day work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Growth Potential: This role offers an incredible launchpad for your career, sitting at the intersection of Project Management, Client Success, and Financial Technology Implementation.
