Client Training Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | $40,000/year | Entry-Level with Growth Opportunity
About the role
StoneEagle is looking for a motivated Training Specialist to join our Client Support team. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility over time. You do not need to know everything about our software or the automotive industry on day one. We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, comfortable working with people, and excited to develop into a confident training professional.
As a Training Specialist, you will learn StoneEagle’s software and training program, then lead remote training sessions for automotive technicians, advisors, and managers. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to create effective, engaging learning experiences while building valuable skills in training, software, communication, and automotive technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging virtual training sessions using StoneEagle’s established training materials.
- Learn StoneEagle software and become a trusted resource for customers.
- Help customers understand how to use StoneEagle applications effectively.
- Adapt your training approach to different personalities, experience levels, and learning styles.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with automotive technicians, advisors, and managers.
- Keep training sessions focused, productive, and on schedule.
- Use StoneEagle applications, the managers’ dashboard, Google Sheets, Zoom, and other business tools.
- Conduct manager recap meetings as you develop your knowledge and confidence.
- Collaborate with the Training Support and supervisory teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Share ideas, feedback, and insights that help strengthen the training program.
Requirements
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to learn, build new skills, and take on increasing responsibility. Previous experience in training, automotive, technical support, customer service, or presentations is helpful but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence, or the desire to build confidence, presenting to groups in a virtual setting.
- The ability to communicate openly and professionally with automotive managers and technicians.
- Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to guide conversations, keep trainees engaged, and redirect discussions when they move off topic.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to complete training topics within the assigned timeframe.
- The ability to connect with people who have different personalities, experience levels, and learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfort learning new technology and working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Sheets, or similar business tools.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions, share ideas, receive feedback, and continue learning.
Growth Opportunities
This role is an opportunity to start building a career in training, technology, and customer support. You will gain hands-on experience in professional training, software, customer communication, and the automotive industry while working alongside an experienced team.
As your knowledge and skills grow, you will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and continue developing professionally. We value team members who speak up, bring new perspectives, remain resilient in the face of challenges, and seek ways to create exceptional experiences for both customers and colleagues.
