About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Client Services Representative to support our client's healthcare team in White Plains, NY. This is a 5‑month contract position.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone
- Report lab results to clients and patients
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Educate clients on laboratory processes
- Escalate concerns when needed and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- 1+ year of Customer Service or Healthcare experience
- Medical Terminology knowledge required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
