Client Support Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications and end-user technology issues.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain software applications and business systems.
  • Troubleshoot application, system, and connectivity issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments, Windows workstations, and collaboration platforms.
  • Aid in user account administration, access management, and device support.
  • Utilize ITSM tools to manage incidents, service requests, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support remote users through VPN, remote access, and mobile device management solutions.
  • Provide regular project and support status updates to leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in software, application delivery, and technical support.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft SCCM.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting VPN connectivity, remote desktop tools, and Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, or other business systems is a plus.
