Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications and end-user technology issues.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain software applications and business systems.
- Troubleshoot application, system, and connectivity issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Support Microsoft 365 environments, Windows workstations, and collaboration platforms.
- Aid in user account administration, access management, and device support.
- Utilize ITSM tools to manage incidents, service requests, and documentation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Support remote users through VPN, remote access, and mobile device management solutions.
- Provide regular project and support status updates to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in software, application delivery, and technical support.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft SCCM.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting VPN connectivity, remote desktop tools, and Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, or other business systems is a plus.
