Client Support Specialist - Greater Washington DC Area

About the role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment focused on enhancing relationships with high net worth clients who have assets of $250,000 to $1 million and therefore have complex service and investment needs. In this role you will help increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries which may include providing product and service level guidance.
• Process transactions to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades, as well as other specialized monetary requests.
• Help increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Primary residence must be within a 90‑mile radius of an approved branch site (DC, Marlton, NJ, Arlington, Alexandria, Tyson's Corner, Reston, Leesburg/Lansdowne) at the time of application.
• Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Series 7 license required.
