Client Support Specialist - Greater Washington DC Area (REMOTE)
About the role
To be eligible for consideration of this role, your primary residence must be located within a 90 mile radius at the time of application from the approved branch sites listed below: DC, Marlton, NJ, Arlington, Alexandria, Tyson's Corner, Reston, Leesburg/Lansdowne.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquires which may include providing product and service level guidance, processing transactions to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests
Requirements
- Series 7 required, Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience

- Broad based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
- Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to effectively influence others

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $44,000-80,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
Schedule
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model: Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
