Client Support Specialist - Fund Accounting

Our partner is looking for a Client Support Specialist - Fund Accounting based in United States. This role supports clients using specialized software solutions, with a particular focus on fund accounting and financial workflows. You will become a trusted product resource, helping clients resolve questions efficiently through phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities

• Respond professionally and thoroughly to client questions through phone, chat, and email, prioritizing requests approaching or exceeding service-level agreement requirements.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day software and product questions, collaborating with internal specialists when additional expertise is required.
• Escalate software issues appropriately and ensure client concerns are followed through to resolution.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge across the relevant software products, features, and functionality.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between support team members and between Client Support and other internal departments.
• Maintain clear, proactive, and solution-oriented communication throughout client interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to analyze problems, identify effective solutions, and deliver a consistently positive client experience.
