Client Support Specialist

About the role

Client Support Specialist – Remote or Atlanta, GA. Neighborly Software helps communities make a difference in the lives of low‑income families and vulnerable populations through a cloud‑based technology platform for administering and disbursing government funds for housing, economic development, community development, disaster recovery/MIT, home energy rebate, and Housing Choice Voucher programs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients needing support via phone, video, and email
• Manage updates to client systems with precision and care
• Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to build and configure new client applications
• Review peer configurations to ensure accuracy, impact and consistency
• Solve problems creatively with professionalism while following best practices and maintaining SLAs
• Collaborate with amazing teammates in our Client Support team

• Help communities manage key government programs such as HUD, Disaster Recovery, Solar and Treasury programs that change lives

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 USD per year. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. This range reflects base salary only and does not include potential bonus, benefits, or other forms of compensation, which may also be part of the total offer.
