Client Support Specialist

About the role

The Client Support Specialist at Beth's Beautiful Destinations will take ownership of customer resolution within leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. This role focuses on client support specialized execution within leisure booking support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are clearly visible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Client Support Specialist workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
• Resolve routine issues within approved authority as part of the Client Support Specialist workflow.
• Maintain documentation of commitments and next actions for seamless follow-up.
• Track and escalate complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
• Own and handle assigned customer or client requests efficiently.

Skills

• Use Leisure Booking Support and Client Support Specialist workflows confidently.
• Apply customer support practices while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document escalation management decisions clearly for team reference.
• Exercise sound judgment in account reviews, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $38,000–$52,000 per year.
