Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple orders and/or clients at a time.
  • Superior organization and management of the order details.
  • Proficiency in the technical tools required to perform the role, including pricing tools, business system, Excel, Power Point and others.
  • Consistent and professional communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to investigate and report order issues.
  • Create and manage proposals through pricing tools and Excel, including revisions.
  • Book and manage orders through the business system.
  • Checking acknowledgments and entering information into the business system.
  • Review and communicate delivery status.
  • Work smoothly in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understand vendor contracts, discounts, margins and business interactions.
  • Cook and manage orders through the business system.
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling and installation including job-site analysis for deliveries you own.
  • Manage punch completion in a timely manner.
  • Gain approval for final invoicing.
  • Manage a relationship with the client post-project and through day 2 needs.
  • Oversee client warranty claims and service requests.
  • Manage backlog for multiple projects and small orders.
