About the role

The Client Support Project Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
