About the role
The Client Support Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
