About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Success Specialist to build strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and help clients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support clients throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
• Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
• English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking clients or teams.
