About the Role

As a Client Success Specialist, you will support healthcare and behavioral staffing operations by coordinating professionals with appropriate student placements while maintaining accurate scheduling and communication workflows. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication with staff and clients. At RCM Healthcare Services, we are passionate about connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities while providing ongoing support every step of the way.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Lunch Break: 1 hour

Responsibilities

  • Pair highly skilled healthcare and behavioral professionals with appropriate students
  • Maintain accurate schedules and update staffing changes as needed
  • Communicate consistently with a large pool of healthcare professionals and new hires
  • Maintain accurate process flows and staffing records
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a client-focused approach
  • Support onboarding efforts by welcoming and communicating with all new hires
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing complex scheduling tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of nursing and behavioral health roles
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with new hires
