About the Position: Lead Associate

As a vital member, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts part-time, combining customer service, contract fulfillment, and sales relationships while being the primary client contact. Lead Associate Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as a part-time Lead Associate and key contact for clients, ensuring total satisfaction
• Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to clients and associates
• Share financial knowledge on business, investment, insurance, retirement, savings, and estate planning
• Customize financial plans for budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
• Grow account value and maintain client satisfaction through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking

Requirements of the Lead Associate Role

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
• Pass a background check
• Strong verbal and written communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Must have or obtain a Life Producer license within the first 2 weeks
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
• Able to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries
• Experience or aptitude for identifying expansion opportunities
