About the role
At Culture Index, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team. This position is responsible for contributing to our mission of enhancing workplace culture through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on workplace culture trends and best practices
- Develop and maintain databases of cultural metrics and benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as organizational behavior, sociology, or data science
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical analyses
- Knowledge of workplace culture theories and models
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis software
- Experience with qualitative data collection methods
- Strong writing and presentation skills
