Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on workplace culture trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain databases of cultural metrics and benchmarks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as organizational behavior, sociology, or data science
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and conducting statistical analyses
• Knowledge of workplace culture theories and models
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis software
• Experience with qualitative data collection methods
• Strong writing and presentation skills
