Welcome to GFI Ikigai! Join our team as a Client Success Representative on a part-time basis. You'll help clients achieve financial goals through exceptional customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-driven sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Share your enthusiasm for financial knowledge, covering various topics like business, investment, insurance, retirement, savings, and estate planning
• Aid clients in creating and managing personalized financial plans
• Boost account value through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• No cold calling or door knocking required

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen aged 18 or older
• Pass a background check
• Exceptional communication skills for nurturing great client relationships
• Quick learner capable of obtaining a Life Producer license within two weeks
• Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare insightful summaries
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or management
• Background in education, coaching, military, or elite sports
• An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and genuine desire to assist others
• Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills are a plus
