Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for customers, creating positive experiences from their initial outreach.
- Assist with service calls and attentively address customer needs.
- Coordinate next steps with professionalism.
- Engage current customers about maintenance opportunities to foster strong relationships.
- Accurately document key information to ensure a seamless experience for customers and team members.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Customer service experience in a call center is a plus.
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Pay
We offer our Client Success Representative a competitive wage of $19-$29 per hour.
